Alison Krauss is one of the most well-known and successful Country Singer who was born on the 23rd July in Decatur Illinois United States. LeAnn Kymes and she were among the youngest winners of the Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss is an American singer, songwriter and bluegrass musician. She was born on the 23rd of July 1971. Her first job was in the world of music in the early years of her life. When she was 10 she was a winner in local competitions and made her first album. The year 1987 was when she debuted her first solo album, after being signed to Rounder Records. She was then invited to join Alison Krauss Union Station, her current band that she sings together. The first album she released as a collective with this band was released in 1989.
