Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-English and half-Spanish woman, was born on April 16th, 1997 in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor was a banker in the past. Jennifer Marina Joy worked as a psychotherapist. The father of her was Argentine who had Scottish and English ancestry. She is Spanish and has English roots. The four siblings of Taylor-Joy are from her father's ex-married partners. They lived at Buenos Aires until she was six then relocated to the Victoria area of London. Taylor-Joy claims that the move into London was difficult and that she was unable to take the time to learn English in order to prevent returning to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school when she moved from Northlands. She then enrolled at Queen's Gate School, where she studied dance and performed in shows. When she was 16 she dropped out of school in order to make a career of acting. Taylor-Joy has always wanted to become an actor.
