Amidst the potatoes, corn and wheat that are grown in the vast and sprawling farms in Boise, Idaho, Torrie Wilson was one of the most athletic wrestlers, emerged. Wilson was a fitness model who had just begun her career in the 1990s who was taken by her boyfriend to WCW's backstage area during a visit. She ended up accompanying Scott Steiner to the ring, and stayed in the industry for close to a decade after that. While competing occasionally with WCW, Wilson was also the manager of competitors like David Flair, Billy Kidman and The Filthy Animals and Shane Douglas. Wilson was a part of WWE just a few months after WWE bought WCW. Wilson's athleticism as well as her love of entertainment helped make her an ideal match to WWE during one of the sports-entertainment industries' most significant eras. Wilson's association with her friend (and sometimes rival) Stacy Keibler was an integral part of WWE's takeover of WWE. Wilson was an important participant in the WWE Women's Division after the war had ended. She was engaged in a variety of epic battles against Keibler and Sable. Her family was even at stake when she fought Dawn Marie for their honor.
